Privacy Policy

Artpost Gallery has created this privacy policy because we value our customers and recognize their right to keep personal information private. This statement discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this Artpost website, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you.

Who we share your data with

We use your personal information to process your order. We may also use your information to track visitors to our website. This lets us see which of our features are the most popular so we can better serve our users’ needs. It also lets us provide aggregate data about our traffic (not identifying you personally, but showing how many visitors used which features, for example) to outside parties.

Online orders

When making an online order, you’re asked for credit card and billing information. This information is used to debit a customer’s credit card to complete the order. Only Artpost staff have access to financial information and only for the purpose of billing customers.

Email communication

Artpost sends an e-newsletter to individuals that subscribe to it online, or to those who express an interest in an artist’s work. Users may remove themselves from this mailing list by following the link provided in every email. Artpost does not provide, sell, or rent email addresses to anyone outside Artpost Gallery.

Embedded content from other websites

Pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. YouTube videos, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

IP addresses

Artpost uses your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and for statistical metrics used to track website visitor traffic.

What rights you have over your data

If you have made an order or subscribed to our email list, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
